Aubuchon Company adds new role—Chief People Officer EVP

Experienced leader Jillian Montmarquet will oversee expanded

investments into Aubuchon’s people and culture.


August 8, 2022, Westminster, MA — As growth accelerates, the Aubuchon Company commits to keeping people first by adding a new senior leadership position—Chief People Officer EVP.


Montmarquet brings more than 15 years of organizational growth experience to the Aubuchon Company. As Chief People Officer (CPO), she will focus on what has always set the Company apart, its people. The role will drive growth by expanding ways to serve team members in doing their best work while also strengthening company culture as Aubuchon continues to expand. Since 2021, Aubuchon has acquired nine stores, four brands and has entered two new states.

Montmarquet joins the Aubuchon Company from WMK, Inc (owners of MobilityWorks and Driverge Vehicle Innovations). She started in 2012 as Director of HR, setting a foundation of growth with 12 stores. She was promoted to Vice President HR in 2016 as stores grew to 50. Four years later, Montmarquet assumed the Chief Human Resource Officer role as stores exceeded 100. She brought a full spectrum of expertise in this role, including talent management, performance management, recruitment strategy, and organizational design.
